Our Customer Appreciation Program
Serving you is a passion of ours at Patriot Pool and Spa. When I started Patriot Pool and Spa 10 years ago, I was far from the most knowledgeable swimming pool mind in Austin. I knew that. I also knew I was going to try to out-customer service anyone and everyone that I was competing against for your business. With each hire we make, that is still the number one quality I look for in a candidate. We have found and hired some incredibly wise swimming pool technicians, but I prioritize a candidates desire to serve and interact with people even more than encyclopedic swimming pool knowledge. Knowledge can be taught and shared, attitude cannot in my experience.
I am so appreciative of the fact that many of you let us serve you each week, and I would like to say "thank you" in a new, creative way. Starting in May 2016, Patriot Pool and Spa will be giving away a complimentary month of service to our Customer of the Month. I love to witness our team members interact with and enjoy the customers that they serve each week. Equally as satisfying is hearing stories of how you, our customer, interact with and enjoy getting to know our team members. Each month, our Route Technicians will nominate one customer from their route to be our Customer of the Month. One of those nominees will be drawn at random each month and receive a FREE month of service. We will notify you if you have been nominated, because your Route Technicians can continue to nominate you if you have not yet won a free month of service. If you receive three nominations over the course of time, we'll just give you a FREE month of service regardless of the drawing for being so darn awesome.
