When we moved here several years ago we inherited the pool service from the former homeowners. As we quickly learned, there is a distinct difference in the level of service from Patriot. "Our" technician, Coltan, has gone above and beyond to educate me, offer solutions for minor issues, and then proceed to get things set up to solve those issues. Our pool looks wonderful after his visits and he is ALWAYS communicative, polite, professional, and does an outstanding job!! We have had neighbors follow our lead by moving from their company to having him service their pool as well!! Thank you for a job well done!!

Patriot Pool provides weekly maintenance for our pool. I am writing this review to share our recent experiences. The technicians Patriot assigned to our pool in the past 18 months have done a much better job than previously. Moreover, our current primary technician recently identified two problems, clearly explained the problems, and provided us with options to consider.

Since we have Joey R. as our tech our pool is the cleanest and clearest it’s ever been. Joey is the nicest and most respectful guy.

I was with a pool company for 24 years and then they changed hands and the service went down! I was recommended Patriot pool by a neighbor and I can’t begin to describe the service I have received! Been using Patriot Pool (T & D) since 2012 when T & D put my pool in. When I needed service Patriot has always attended to my needs in a timely manner. Pool cleaning service has kept my pool looking just like it was after installation in 2012. Water has always been clear and have had no issues with cloudy water.

Great job of taking care of the pool, they give detailed chemistry reading of your pool and how they balanced your pool water. Pictures showing the skimmer and pump basket along with psi of pool filter before and after cleaning. They let you know by text if they can't make a scheduled cleaning day. Not only do they clean the pool, they are Hayward certified pool technicians to do any repairs. I've owned 3 pools and they are best company I've used to service my pools.

There technicians are professional, knowledgeable, thorough and thoughtful. They take their time to answer our questions and we trust their dedication to meet our expectations.

I am basing this review on the specific person that PP&S has assigned to our account, who is a seasoned pro who takes pride in the work and always does a careful and thoughtful job. Frankly, when a substitute has been sent to cover for this person when absent, I have not noticed an equal amount of time and care being taken on the job. Overall, PP&S has a very good reputation. My only negative issue is that we have not gotten the promised notifications given when we signed up, that when either the person doing our pool cleaning changed, or that the regular day/time on which it is scheduled had to change,

I use Patriot Pool as my weekly service. We use the house as a vacation home so we're only there maybe once or twice a month so it's really important to us to have a dependable pool service to clean and maintain the pool so it's swim ready at any moment when we arrive. It always is. The tech sends us weekly reports with pictures and details on chemicals and quantity used. They also inspect the equipment & mechanicals for any issues. Luckily for us they do, as last month the tech discovered a small leakage which resulted in some O-rings replacement. When they find a problem necessitating repairs, they email a detailed invoice stating the problem, parts needed and repair description with a breakdown of all costs. Once you approve, they call within a day to schedule the repair which only takes a day or three. When the mechanic was doing the repair, he noticed some other problems such as a warped ball valve and cracked pump housing. Now every now and then I check the equipment myself for general damage and proper operation, but there's no way I'm going to see what he saw. So glad I had Patriot doing the repair as it could have been a real nightmare if the damage had gone un-noticed. So, if you haven't guessed by now, I'm a big fan of Patriot Pool.

Patriot Pool service techs deserve to be recognized for their hard work. I have been having a problem with the water flow in my pool for the past several months. Over the weekend it got really bad. After speaking with the supervisor to try to decide what, needs to be done, who will do it and, when they will get to it...the first thing this morning 2 techs show up at my front door. Lucky for me one fellow was Tyler who was very familiar with the pool. They spent almost 2 hours checking everything and anything that may be the problem. Yes Tyler resolved the problem and trust me it was not an easy fix from the standpoint of trying to pinpoint the issue. he did not rush and took the time to consider what may be wrong. What really must be said is that I was not dismissed. He listened to me, and responded. He worked on the problem and made sure that I was informed at every step of what he was doing and why. Communication A+. Problem solving A+. Treating customers with respect and just being all round professionals, yes A+. Thank you.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They are extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and trustworthy. I installed a pool pump motor for my grandma. I got it all wired up and ready to go, but then the motor wasn’t getting power. I wasn’t comfortable messing with the breaker box. So I called them and they came over and fixed it in no time! Was a much better price than any other place I called. They showed me exactly what was wrong and showed me how they fixed it. Hands down the only pool place I will use going forward.

Whenever I need pool repairs, I can count on Patriot. I have used them for all my repairs over the last seven years. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Recently, I found my chlorinator broken. Alex recommended the best option for my pool equipment and it was quickly scheduled and replaced. There could have been a little better communication on the scheduling process, but overall, I am very pleased with their service. The repair technician was also very professional and pleasant and got my pool equipment quickly running again. When you have issues with pool equipment, you need someone like Patriot, that is responsive, knowledgeable and dependable. Whenever I need help with our pool, I will definitely call them first!

Tyler and Tina are fabulous; even helped stop a leaking solar panel for us. Very capable and personable, kind of people want around your house.

These guys really do go the extra mile for their customers. I had an older single speed pump and older Aqualink board. The worst case scenario happened when the pump arced and went to the board as well. I had to replace both the pump and board. Chris answered question after question from me with great advice and answers. Maurice came out and installed the pump standalone just to get me back up and running as soon ad possible. Colin came out and did the board install and spent a lot of time getting everything right and up to date by installing new actuators and cables as well as the board. There was an issue with the pump due to some rain and both Chris and Maurice got up early on a Saturday and drove an hour into the office just to get a new pump for me installed for the Labor Day holiday weekend. If that’s not great customer service then I don’t know what is. These guys are simply the best! Very appreciative of their efforts!

This is a follow up to the 5 star review, I gave Patriot Pool, about 3 weeks ago. As I mentioned you had some problems because the service technician that was doing my pool abruptly left the company. You ended up sending Tyler out. Tyler is one of your supervisors and he assured me that he would continue to service my pool until they hired and train a new technician. Tyler has done an outstanding job, the pool looks great and he has removed all the calcium buildup on the tiles. It looks so much better. It was the first thing our friend noticed we they returned to the Villages after being gone for a month. The last pool service I used said there wasn't anything they could do about it - but Tyler fixed it. 5 star review goes out to Patriot Pool and Spa. I'm a new customer and after just a few weeks of service the technician that was cleaning my pool stopped working for the company and there was some confusion on the cleaning schedule etc. They sent out the supervisor, Tyler, and he worked very hard making everything right. He said he would be doing the cleaning until they hired someone and then would be with him until he was ready to be on his own. He was also able to clean up the calcium marks by the by the 2 waterfalls in just two visits. The previous service company said that there was nothing they could do. I also needed a new pump and Tyler helped me get the price down and the pump was installed that day. I only wish I could keep Tyler every week. Nick install the pump and he was very polite and efficient. He answered all my questions and didn't rush me at all. When I offered him a tip he said it wasn't necessary. That makes a statement right there because most service people kinda stand around expecting a tip. Again, thanks Patriot Pool & Spa, Tyler and Nick for making everything right!!!

Here I am again.... reporting on Patriot Pool & Spa. Now it's the pool having a problem! Well, I'm thrilled to report that Patriot has once again came thru with flying colors going above and beyond to make sure my pool is in good working order. It took a bit.... but over the past 2 days the General Manager (Walt), the Service Manager (JT), the Repair Manager (Frank) and my pool technician (Gion) showed up at my home. They diagnosed the problem and instead of just ordering the parts and me not being able to use my pool in this horrific heat for several days, they drove and picked up the parts, got them installed and the pool is up and running great! I am in awe that these guys cared enough to come to my home to see first-hand what was going on with the equipment! Good Customer Service is so rare these days...... however Patriot has the right idea that's for sure! A special thanks to Nicole, the office manager, as she orchestrated her team and got the job done efficiently and quickly. Thanks Patriot Pool and Spa for great teamwork and for getting my pool back to superb working order.

We hired Patriot Pool when my husband had some serious medical issues, and he was unable to continue to keep our pool up. We had intended it to be a temporary hire. But we have been so pleased with the service that we continue to use Patriot Pool. Consistent, reliable and professional. We chose Patriot Pool because my nephew works with them, and he generally is our "Pool Boy." When he's unavailable, the other guys have been great!

I do not have to wonder if they will be there…all consistency in their services makes my life much easier. No worries! And I still uphold my kudos to my tech Cameron! 8/22/2024 UPDATE: I am updating my review because the service from Patriot Pool and Spa has exceeded my expectations for these swimming months! Cameron, my weekly pool tech, remains providing the BEST customer service!!!! He answers all questions and the performance to provide the best customer service cannot be disputed concerning my pool or the equipment. Kudos to Cameron!! I have no regrets about the upkeep of my pool. I have the same technician each week, Cameron, who does an excellent job! He is very attentive to his job. My pool is always clean and the reports given each visit tell me what has been completed. I used another company prior to switching and watched from the camera what actions were taken. They did not provide what their advertising or pool cleaning reports stated. I was being charged for services I didn’t receive. Then I switched. Now I don’t bother looking at the camera because I know that I get exactly what I pay for! The company provides the service like clockwork and if you have any questions you are able to text or call and get an answer. I highly recommend! Again, thank you Cameron!

Use them as our weekly service provider on our pool and spa. Alway quick to let us know if any upcoming maintenance needs that may be required, chemicals added to the pool, generally being clean when they leave. Recommend them as a service provider.

Patriot Pools and spa always does a complete and professional job

I am writing this review to thank Hunter (service supervisor) and Patriot Pools for the outstanding service I have been receiving. As background, we bought a home with a large swimming pool and spa, but there are 4 Live Oak trees, 1 Pecan Tree, and a Crape Myrtle surrounding our pool/spa. We don't want to cut these beautiful trees down (although we have pruned them) and every season from Autumn through the Winter, these trees work hard to dump as many leaves, seed pods, and branches into the pool and spa as possible. We tried two other pool/spa maintenance companies before Patriot, but they were not able to keep it clean and usable. Patriot was recommended to me and they inspected the pool and spa, and determined that a deep clean was needed to create a good clean baseline. They offered me a good price and went to work. Within 2 to 3 weeks, the water was clear and swimmable. As a result, we have engaged Patriot in weekly service and have been very pleased with the support we've received. Recently as cold weather hit, I called Patriot and spoke with Hunter, one of the managers there. I needed help to winterize the pool as quickly as possible, and was very pleasantly surprised that Hunter dropped what his was doing and headed over to our home to winterize the pool and spa himself. I thought this service was "above and beyond" normal care and want to publicly thank Hunter for his commitment to excellent customer service. He has also been available in the past to field my calls when I've had questions on pool operation. It has certainly been a struggle to wrench control of our pool and spa from the surrounding trees, but Patriot has really partnered with us along the way. Our pool has never looked so good. I was under the assumption that any chemicles were included in the monthly service fee, however, I was charged an additional amount for the chemicles.

We recently purchased the home with the pool and my family who lives in the area recommended them to me. They have been excellent, teaching us as they take care of the pool.

If I rated the 10 best companies in Austin that I use Patriot Pools would be at the top. Our pool always looks perfect, they are always on schedule , polite and professional. They take and send phots of the pool before and after the service: all the equipment, skimmer baskets, gages, AND gate to show that it is secure. We have dogs and they love the service technicians. Used other companies- no one comes close.

Been using Patriot Pool (T & D) since 2012 when T & D put my pool in. When I needed service Patriot has always attended to my needs in a timely manner. Pool cleaning service has kept my pool looking just like it was after installation in 2012. Water has always been clear and have had no issues with cloudy water.

Travis is top notch in servicing our pool. Meticulous, and thorough. Exceeded our expectations. Only reason this is not a 5 star is we have asked and Travis has repeatedly passed on our request to the home office for a quote to install a hand rail to exit pool. No response in 4 months.

We had Brian and Patrick come out to install a variable speed pump after our 20yr old single speed failed. They did a very thorough job, worked with remote support to be sure every thing was working properly and overall had a very good attitude and communication. The pump was very expensive and I was pleasantly surprised to get a note from Liz from Patriot that they would assist getting energy credit worth $300 from our utility. Highly recommend Patriot Pool.

5 star review goes out to Patriot Pool and Spa. I'm a new customer and after just a few weeks of service the technician that was cleaning my pool stopped working for the company and there was some confusion on the cleaning schedule etc. They sent out the supervisor, Tyler, and he worked very hard making everything right. He said he would be doing the cleaning until they hired someone and then would be with him until he was ready to be on his own. He was also able to clean up the calcium marks by the by the 2 waterfalls in just two visits. The previous service company said that there was nothing they could do. I also needed a new pump and Tyler helped me get the price down and the pump was installed that day. I only wish I could keep Tyler every week. Nick install the pump and he was very polite and efficient. He answered all my questions and didn't rush me at all. When I offered him a tip he said it wasn't necessary. That makes a statement right there because most service people kinda stand around expecting a tip. Again, thanks Patriot Pool & Spa, Tyler and Nick for making everything right!!!

I called Patriot on a Saturday afternoon and they had a technician here on Monday. He was very knowledgeable and deduced the problem in minutes, Patriot’s fees are in line with everyone else but their responsiveness makes them the clear choice.

I contacted them through their website and somebody texted me a few hours later. It was extraordinarily convenient. They did a great job explaining what they were going to do and then they executed everything flawlessly.

Brandon did such a good job at getting our pool in our new home in tiptop shape for us to enjoy as soon as we moved in! We have had a few different companies clean our spa over the years. Typically if we get someone really good, that person gets moved or ends up leaving. We have had some really bad techs and a few good ones. For the past few months we have had a tech, Mike Shipman, who is outstanding. He stays on top of things and does his job like no other. Our spa has never looked better. He is the BEST!!

Garrett is great about showing up for his appointments! He is always friendly and very approachable! My pool is cleaned weekly and the cleanliness is maintained by Garrett! We appreciate his hard work , especially in this heat!

7/10/25 Paul serviced our pool in his usual conscientious and diligent way. It was looking a little tired from the rain storms but he quickly and efficiently got it back to its sparkling condition. More importantly, he took the time to figure out several problems and rectified those he could and explained what I needed to do in order to fix a potential issue with the installation. We appreciate his attention to detail and honest work ethic. He is far and above the rest of the crowd!!!

Had a cloudiness/algae problem I couldn't clear with algicide and clarifier. Called Patriot, high phosphate level found. Carlos A did a treatment, water turned milky which required 24-hour continuous filtration for 5 days to clear. Carlos checked and cleaned the filter every day (even July 4) and now the water has never looked better. Excellent job

I am a multi year happy customer of Patriot Pools and I’m lucky now to have Debbie Merritt caring for my pool weekly. My favorite things about Debbie or her depth of knowledge excellent communication and the fact that it just seems like she genuinely cares about doing excellent work. Patriot should clone Debbie!!

Nick did a great job replumbing our pool. All is working well now and he was very patient explains all the new valves etc.

I use patriot for our weekly pool service but have also used them for repairs to our pool equipment. I wouldn't consider using anyone else. They are so easy to communicate with, techs arrive when they are scheduled and all quotes are sent before the app for the owner to approve. The techs are extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

After always having problems with our previous pool company, with coordinating scheduling for spa, pool, and lower basin, and them claiming “it’s a design flaw”, after only 2 weeks, Patriot Pools got everything running clean and all scheduling working fine. No design flaws here!

Water feature was not working, so I called the repair dept on Saturday. Josh answered and was great! He looked up our equipment and was able to tell us how to fix the valve setting. All good now, thanks to Josh!
