Patriot Pool & Spa has been amazing. Jett has cleaned our pool for a year now and we’ve never been disappointed. He’s professional, courteous, and thorough. We were especially pleased, but not surprised, that Jett went above and beyond in helping us troubleshoot and fix our robot cleaner recently. He and the Patriot staff respond promptly to our questions and the service has exceeded our expectations.

Absolutely amazing work by Brandon (once again!). Brandon from Patriot Pools is a Godsend. He’s cleaned the filters, replaced the regulator on the gas heater line, and installed a replacement salt cell for me. He’s fast, knowledgeable, and will always suggest the most effective, low-cost alternative if funds are tight. When he says I could save money by installing an upgraded variable speed pump, I know I’m not being upsold. Can’t recommend enough!!

I was with a pool company for 24 years and then they changed hands and the service went down! I was recommended Patriot pool by a neighbor and I can’t begin to describe the service I have received! They are so friendly, knowledgeable and committed to keeping my pool and hot tub clean. They don’t gouge me with unnecessary pricing, they are very honest and caring. I would definitely recommend Patriot Pool to anyone who is looking for a pool and spa cleaning service! A special shout out to my weekly technician, Jared he is a super friendly and patient guy! Also to Richard who was fixing my hot tub and a stupendous and knowledgeable guy named Frank who diagnosed the problem and located the dinosaur of a part as my hot tub is 25 years old! Now my hot tub is running like a charm and I am thrilled!

My pool controller went out over the long Memorial Day weekend and I tried to get someone to come out then. While I reached their answering service on Sunday, the first call back was on Tuesday after Memorial Day. Able to diagnose the problem over the phone and was able to get someone out later that week. The technician called ahead to insure the gate was unlocked, notified me when he arrived and performed the work quickly. This was a board replacement and an upgrade to the iAquaLink system. Technician did the initial system programming and connected it to the household WiFi.

They have provided excellent pool cleaning for several years. Recently we had some vandalism to our plumbing and the pool drained. They were quick to respond, order parts and make the repairs. They make routine maintenance suggestions and follow up with repairs Kudos to Tyler Kidd!

I had canceled service due to not knowing if we were going to keep an inherited house… Since then I have started service back up, and was very impressed with the expeditious manner in which Patriot “Turned my Green pool back to a Sparkling Clear pool! Tyler has been very helpful and his service is excellent!!! Management team is doing a great job with the Service!!!

5 Stars — Excellent Pool Service This company has been fantastic to work with. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and showed up within 48 hours of quote approval to install a new salt cell and chlorine tower. They also replaced three lights for us and did a clean, professional job. At my last home, I installed the salt system and chlorine tower myself, so I know what goes into it. Their pricing was more than fair for the work they did, and their attention to detail really stood out. They even took the time to show us how to operate everything from an app, which made things super convenient. Their weekly cleanings have been excellent. They’re consistent, reliable, and even walked us through a fall plan to help manage leaves ahead of time. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a pool company that actually cares and knows what they’re doing.

There are many reasons why I would recommend Patriot Pools, quality, skills, knowledge, professionalism but the most important is responsiveness. My house was on the market and the weather was at its worst. I called Patriot Pools numerous times do extra cleanings, adjust the features, replace the LeD lights and the list goes on. They were so accommodating and helpful. Call them, you won’t be disappointed!

Hi ! It's after 5pm on a friday and my gas just got shut off for a gas leak for the pool heater. Long holiday weekend.... no hot water. Can you please call me and help? Sorry for the google review. The answering service said there was no one to help. I'm hoping that you can. Sorry!!!

Perfect experience! Scheduling was easy and their repair person could not have been nicer. I had a piece of leaking PVC and they replaced that section but also went above and beyond to replace some zig-zag pieces to make it all a lot cleaner. I’ll definitely use them again!

Just finished the their work and they went the extra mile on service. Ran short on lighting wire and had to order logistical pick up to finish the job. No question, top shelf service and good additudes to boot. Thank you very much for a job well done. Service techs should be recognized today.

5/15/25 Paul did quite a bit of time servicing on our pool today. He took care of all the parts and issues necessary to ensure that it is running smoothly and efficiently. He makes sure it is sparkling for our enjoyment. Paul is always friendly, engaging, professional and seems happy doing his job. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of maintenance and running of our pool. He is completely conscientious and diligent as well as reliable. Paul is truly an exemplary employee who represents Patriot Pools in the best manner possible.

John took care of us cleaning all the tile by hand. Turning our green pool crystal clear. He even came by the next day to make sure everything came out OK. His communication and quality to detail is amazing.

When I noticed the yellowish water in my spa, I was a little concerned. Thankfully, Billy, the supervisor from Patriot Pool & Spa, responded quickly. He came over, assessed the situation, and expertly tested the water. After carefully adding the necessary chemicals, the water transformed back to its normal, clear state. It's such a relief knowing I can rely on Patriot Pool & Spa for their weekly maintenance service – they really take the worry out of spa ownership!

Patriot Pools came out and did some warranty work for me changing lights in my pool and spa. They were able to get the part and come out very quickly. The technician that installed the lights was very kind and knowledgeable.

Patriot fixed everything... after a different company ruined my pool entirely (talking to you, Blue Science). Patriot may cost a little more, but absolutely worth every penny... and they did it quickly!!! The quality, service and speed are far above anybody else I've dealt with.

I am pleased with my pool technician. His name Eion. Very polite, knowledgeable of his work, works quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with Eion don’t take him away.

Excellent customer service, very quick response on repairs

I just started using Patriot pools recently and I had an issue with the piping for the pool and spa not working together. So Tyler (great guy) the tech came to my home and checked it out. But the diagnosis was that the piping wasn't done to work that way. Bad plumbing from the ones who built the pool. Even though he wasn't able to fix it, he was still very nice. Thank you Tyler and the team at Patriot pools

While I have experienced several assigned technician changes, all have been professional and personable. With the most recent company changes, it is evident that they are constantly looking to exceed customer satisfaction.

Patriot Pools has done an exceptional job in cleaning and maintaining our pool for at least 2+ years. Ryan, our pool technician is very professional and really knows what he is doing. We get a weekly confirmation of the pool being cleaned along with before and after pictures of our pool. When we have a problem that requires repairs, he promptly notifies us along with an explanation of the issue and the cost to repair it. We could not be happier with Patriot Pools!

Patriot has been my pool service provider for quite some time. They are very dependable and keep one apprised of holiday schedules. In addition to routine service they also undertake needed repairs. We highly recommend this company.

Happy with Patriot Pool and Spa. They aren’t the cheapest service or maintenance company. But in my experience you get what you pay for. We used a few different companies before Patriot, none have been as good. We had a few issues with our pool and had patriot do the service. The technician did a great job, and was very knowledgeable. We decided to use them for our weekly maintenance as well, so far the maintenance has been great. We are pleased with the work they do for us.

Josh is literally the best person ever! I highly recommend that you use patriot pool and spa for all of your pool care needs definitely Josh is someone who is more than willing capable to help you with whatever you need. He gives you thorough information and make sure that you feel well cared for and not just like a number if you haven’t called them yet you need to.

Patriot Pools has not only been a great pool service for our maintenance and cleaning, but we are truly treated like valuable customers. From the office personnel to the techs, nothing but class and great service. Jesse, our pool tech, recently had to clean the pool after a huge storm and wind gusts blew a ton of leaves into the pool. I meant to clean out the baskets but had early work meetings. He made it spotless again, didn’t complain (even though he had every right to), and he even picked up blown over furniture! Little did he know that my husband was out of town and I was barely holding it together! His professionalism mixed with being a very kind human goes a long way with me! I have used Patriot Pool & Spa for 2 years and they have always provided me impeccable service. Anytime I have a question or concern they respond immediately. I find them to be highly dependable and responsive. Most importantly my pool and spa are always clean and safe to swim in. Brittany is our Pool Technician and she is fabulous. When the weather is bad and I have concerns I can call their after hours tech line and I they respond right away to answer my questions. What I love the most is that every week that they service me Brittany immediately emails me a report of what she has done and it details chemicals added and when its safe to swim that day after the chemicals are added. I also get a photo of my pool showing how clean it is. I highly recommend Patriot Pools! TR

I am writing this review to thank Hunter (service supervisor) and Patriot Pools for the outstanding service I have been receiving. As background, we bought a home with a large swimming pool and spa, but there are 4 Live Oak trees, 1 Pecan Tree, and a Crape Myrtle surrounding our pool/spa. We don't want to cut these beautiful trees down (although we have pruned them) and every season from Autumn through the Winter, these trees work hard to dump as many leaves, seed pods, and branches into the pool and spa as possible. We tried two other pool/spa maintenance companies before Patriot, but they were not able to keep it clean and usable. Patriot was recommended to me and they inspected the pool and spa, and determined that a deep clean was needed to create a good clean baseline. They offered me a good price and went to work. Within 2 to 3 weeks, the water was clear and swimmable. As a result, we have engaged Patriot in weekly service and have been very pleased with the support we've received. Recently as cold weather hit, I called Patriot and spoke with Hunter, one of the managers there. I needed help to winterize the pool as quickly as possible, and was very pleasantly surprised that Hunter dropped what his was doing and headed over to our home to winterize the pool and spa himself. I thought this service was "above and beyond" normal care and want to publicly thank Hunter for his commitment to excellent customer service. He has also been available in the past to field my calls when I've had questions on pool operation. It has certainly been a struggle to wrench control of our pool and spa from the surrounding trees, but Patriot has really partnered with us along the way. I heartily recommend Patriot Pools to anyone looking for a competent, responsible, and professional pool service company. Thanks!!

Very good service overall and the office staff is very responsive. Whenever I had any issues a service technicians was sent over to fix things promptly.

Carlos A did an awesome job identifying a totally bizarre situation that had turned our pool water cloudy, like someone had poured a 5 gallon pail of milk in the water. He quickly found out that the skimmer basket and line was filled with a ton of limestone gravel, that had gotten into the basket while our landscapers were doing some work behind the pool. He fished as much gravel out as he could, rinsed the filter a few times, and did some kind magic with the pump lines to flush the rest of the gravel out of the system. For a minute there I thought I was looking at thousands of dollars in repair bills, but in 20 minute, Carlos saved the day. Highly recommend him and Patriot. Thanks

I called to have my pool repaired by patriot pool and spa and technician George came and while I thought I needed either a new motherboard or salt cell for nearly 2000 dollars he was able to find I only needed a fuse. He could have told me anything but happily he was great and honest and made me very happy. Thank you George for a great job and for explaining everything to me Great and honest company. Will always use them for any pool problems. Five stars!!

I have always taken care of my own Pool but injured my leg and was unable to do so. We called patriot pool and spa to maintain the pool. Brian came out and did a dramatically better job than I have been doing. The pool was tested and cleaned so that it now looks great. I now plan to have patriot pool and spa. Continue to maintain the pool even after I recover.

1/23/25 You’d think our pool tech, Paul, was a mailman, as he shows up in the cold, sleet, drizzle, and I expect he would continue in snow! Patriot Pools has done an exceptional job maintaining our in-ground spa. Their servce tech Tyler seems to take great pride in his work and has gone far beyond the normal proceedures to maintain our (aging) spa, even removing old stains that no one else could do. Dan came out for my "pool school". He gave me a thorough explanation of how the equipment worked, how i could diagnose problems, and what upgrades I could do. Its been 2+ decades since I owned a pool, so I was happy to have a refresher. I was impressed enough that I ended up engaging them to upgrade my pump and other equipment. The before and after pictures show the quality of their work. Note the clean connections. There isn't PVC solvent / primer all over the place like the previous installation. Their team explained everything very well. I'm very happy with their service. (Pictures are "after", then "before")

We will follow his advice immediately to rectify the issue. We switched to Patriot Pool & Spa after the pool company we previously used was sold to another entity. Visits by the former company were 5 minutes at best and we saw our water quality and pool appearance decline. Therefore, we called Patriot Pool & Spa. They were extremely professional over the phone and their service personnel are great! Their cleaning is thorough. They notify us on the day of service if there is an issue with any part of our equipment and provide a quote via e-mail the same day for repair. Their repair people are also great and get the equipment fixed quickly and correctly. I highly recommend Patriot!

Patriot Pools always notifies me when they are on their way to my home, and also provides me with a detailed report, including photographs, when they are finished. My technicians are always friendly and helpful and answer all of my questions and concerns. On the rare occasion that something goes wrong, the office is very responsive and sends someone out to address the problem promptly. I highly recommend Patriot Pools for pool service.

Lots of heater problems. Josh at Patriot Pools stuck with me and tried his best to get my 15 year old heater back up and running. After several visits we finally decided it was time to replace the beast! Josh had the new heater installed the very next day! I highly recommend Patriot pools for any of their services. So far so good. Carlos A is our pool tech and he has been doing a great job. Due to a home being demolished next door our pool was full of dirt and algae and turned green and black. Carlos A was Amazing in getting the pool back to clear and blue. He is also a nice and friendly pool tech and very knowledgeable! We highly recommend Carlos A!!!

11/27/24 Paul and Jake were here bright and early to get a jump in the long holiday weekend. They did their usual outstanding job cleaning our pool. Additionally, they did troubleshooting for the weird sound the filter was making and it appears to be fixed. They are knowledgeable, conscientious and diligent with all they do with our pool. We really appreciate Paul and his helpers. He’s the best!!

Garrett does a great job cleaning and maintaining my pool/spa. Totally understands customer service. I asked for some help with my spa remote and Garrett discovered an issue thst required service. Within 15 minutes I spoke with Roberta and Jamie from the office and I am now scheduled for a repair tommorow!

We’ve had some pretty good pool guys but Chris is by far the best we’ve had. There have been challenges with our pool due to the size of it, mainly with algae. Chris has turned it around and our pool is looking better than ever. His commitment to detail and desire to do the job right can’t be matched. We truly appreciate all his efforts! Great job!!

Maurice did a fabulous job at some difficult repairs and installation of a new heater and wifi upgraded control board. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I highly recommend his work.
