The technician, Louis came to my property fixed the problem with my pool within 45 minutes left me photos of service on my e-mail extremely efficient, professional with little distractions.

Today Tyler A did a terrific job! Extremely thorough and helpful. However, last week no one serviced the pool, and the week before, the service happened on Thursday, when it was supposed to happen on Monday. No explanation was given . I expect better from Patriot Pools.

I recently encountered a significant issue with my pool equipment and control systems, which unfortunately stemmed from a previous service by a competitor. Rather than accurately diagnosing the problem, the competitor began replacing parts unnecessarily. When replacing a valve, their lead technician lacked the expertise to properly adjust the cams. This lack of knowledge and ability to fix the issue left my pool pumps running non-stop for several days, with no immediate resolution offered.

In response, I reached out to Patriot Pool & Spa, and they understood the situation I was in and promptly dispatched their technician, Nick, that same day. Nick quickly identified the root cause, had the necessary parts on hand, and resolved the issue within hours. His professionalism and efficiency made a world of difference for us.

If you ever need equipment repair, contact Patriot and ask for Nick.

We miss Paul but I think Aerin will do a fine job following Paul’s footsteps as our pool tech.

Rusty was amazingly helpful yesterday as he repaired our automatic water filler. !!!!! Bravo!!!

Pre-Covid my pool service for weekly Cleaning was $105 a month. During Covid, Patriot Pools Claimed there was a nationwide chlorine shortage and had to raise my rates to $150 a month. But I have a saltwater pool that does not use chlorine. The original company was Bought out by Patriot Pools, who raised my rate to $170 a month. That’s a 62% increase in just five years!!!! What percent did the workers salary go up in five years?

I had great service. They always txt me when they are on the way. The service professional was prepared to service the leak I had, brought all the needed replacement parts. After he was finished, explained to me what he repaired. No more leak! I would recommend patriot.

I had the best surprise this morning. Our pool deck was sealed a week ago and with all the rain a fair amount of sealer washed into the pool and clouded the water to a point the pool was unusable. Billy a supervisor came and took charge found the issue and made the water clear again. The best part was he didn’t want to leave it half done he came back this morning to follow up and rebalance and make 100% sure it was right. I really appreciate his dedication and commitment. This is great customer service.

I am a new user of the service and can report that Patriot did a good job scheduling our day of service request especially given we are coming on board late in the swim season. The tech arrived this morning and was friendly - familiarized himself with the pool & equipment, skimmed, checked & balanced the chemicals and cleaned the Polaris cleaner bag. We are on a weekly schedule. 1st service, but the tech was friendly, knowledgeable & efficient.

10 out of 10 service! I recommend Patriot Pools to everyone — especially Tristin! He consistently goes above and beyond to keep my pool in top shape. He is prompt, hardworking, and always patient and kind when answering my questions or addressing concerns. Patriot Pools was great to work with. Jamie their dispatcher worked to solve our issue and coordinate and schedule our service representative. Nick showed up right on the scheduled time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and worked to resolve the issue. Nick was very professional and answered all our questions and concerns. I think you can count on Patriot Pools to treat you fairly and professionally.

Patriot is great at pool equipment repairs, as they have solid and knowledgeable professionals.

Josh did a new variable speed pump, underwater light and wiring replacement, relay exchange, multiport replacement and several pump leak fixes. I would definitely ask for him again for future work. He was patient to explain everything to me and recommended preventive work that was not immediately evident.

Scheduling was quick, as I had a leak, and the agreed timeslots were always honored.

I had another experience with a “lower cost” local company, that resulted in a sub-par and shoddy installation. So this was a much better and, importantly, satisfactory result.
Overall, great value and definitely recommended.

We’ve been struggling with calcium deposits on the side of our Pool waterfall for over two years with 3 different companies and each time we get we’re trying, there’s very little we can do but finally Tyler showed up today, a supervisor for Patriot Pool and they had ordered a new chemical and Tyler actually went above and beyond got inside the pool got in cleaned it, scrubbed it all off. Then stuck around for it to dry to make sure that it took off what it could. It looks brand new. We really appreciate his attention to detail and thoroughness with the job. Will definitely recommend. Thanks.

Tyler came to my home today to clean and vacuum my pool after having the pavers cleaned and sealed around my pool. It had debris on the bottom. After he finished it was sparkling clean. As an added bonus he made sure the pool equipment was all functioning and relabeled all the pipes on the equipment. Thank you Tyler! Great job!

So had a 20 plus year old filter system in need of replacement. Called Patriot Pools after receiving an estimate from Pinch who charged me $150 to diagnose a problem I told them about and waiting over a week for a 2nd estimate. Patriot Pools gave me an estimate immediately and had the technician out Monday. Tech was excellent, couteous and explained things to me. Patriot assured me system was warrantied for 3 years. Would highly recommend tgem!
