My pump was working but my system would not pressurize. I called Josh to see if he could look at it. I described the problem and he troubleshot it on the phone! I removed debris/leaves stuck in the pump impeller and restarted it. The system pressurized and is working. Josh saved a trip and I saved $$$. Would recommend to everyone with a pool! Thanks Josh!

Our pool cleanliness has been adversely impacted by blowing dirt and rain and all of the pollen and leaves from the trees surrounding us. In one cleanup, Joshua made a dramatic improvement in the pool, and what had been unusable was now clean. There are still improvements to be made, but those take time and I am confident that after a couple of more sessions, the water will be clean, balanced and ready for summer. Nice work!

Ed is excellent - he’s our weekly pool expert from Patriot Pool & Spa. We have a challenging older pool with the mess of persistent oak leaf drop. Ed takes it in stride with A LOT of pride in his work. He’s also super considerate texting me in advance so I can put our pup inside. With all the pools Ed services, he takes the time to learn the peculiarities of each so when he makes a recommendation, you can trust him. And when he doesn’t know something, he’ll call for help or advice. Keep up the great work, Ed!👍

Our service tech is always prompt, cleans my pool and hot tub efficiently and makes sure to close my gate to keep my dogs in. Techs are always great wi try any questions or concerns I have.

My pool had lost prime. I paid for a technician to work on it. He could not get it primed. I did get an expensive quote to rebuild the suction side of the pool. I want to thank and publicly applaud Zach from Patriot Pool and Spa who against all odds primed my pool. So - well done!

Pacific Pools is now doing business as Patroit Pools. Our family moved from Trophy Club to Keller in 2022, and have a new Patroit Pool pool tech, Jaqwan, who has been servicing our pool in Keller since last year. He has done a great job for us. All of Patroit Pools techs have been great! Although the name has changed, the service and the people haven't changed! The employees continue to be very responsive and provide excellent service. They recently installed a variable speed pump to help us save energy dollars. Before and after the recent freeze, they worked with us to make sure the pool pipes and pumps weren’t damaged. Thank you Jaqwan and thank you Patroit Pool’s. Previous review -During this time they have provided weekly pool maintenance and filter changes, have repaired and replaced parts and equipment, and most recently repaired/replaced tile in an area around our skimmer. All employees continue to be responsive and professional. All projects are completed in a timely manner at reasonable costs.

Jeremiah came today as scheduled to clean our pool after a bad storm. I recall looking at the pool in the morning and thinking wow that’s a lot of debris and time to clean. Jeremiah showed up and left our pool ready to swim, like a storm never came by at all, no debris left in the pool. Jeremiah and Patriot Pool & Spa do an amazing job with all their services. Having been loyal to our previous pool cleaning company for 5 years (having a newly built pool) we had nothing to compare it to. Service was acceptable(ish), but not exceptional. Creeping the neighbors pool company (Patriot) and seeing how they stuck around for more than 5 minutes and actually cleaned the pool made us jealous! So a quick call and boom! Regular rotation and service. We now feel that (as the pool ages) we’re in good hands and issues will be brought to our attention instead of ignored. Our pool went from GA to VIP! Thanks Patriot! Update! After 10 years with our Jandy pool pump, it retired. Kemp Neyman with Patriot Pool came out to asses the situation, thoroughly explained what was required, reviewed pricing and within a splash we were humming. Feels great to know we’re in great, trustworthy hands when a more serious need arises! And we’re still getting our pool serviced weekly! Looks amazing all year around! Thanks Patriot!

If you need pool repair, look no further! We received outstanding service from our first contact. Elizabeth did a fantastic job communicating with me regarding equipment details and cost. I think every email was answered with 15 minutes. Once we made the decision to get new pool equipment (ours was 11 years old and not maintained well) the techs who did the work were both polite and skilled. Juan and Patrick completed the job, showed us how to operate everything and the equipment is functioning as promised. Fantastic experience. Wish we would have found Patriot earlier - we won't use anyone else. Thank you!

Tristin is the BEST! He always goes above and beyond. One day I forgot to unlock my gate for him. He texted me to let me know and said he will come by the next day to service the pool. He’s responsive to calls and text messages too. For customer service I give Tristin an A+++++

I rarely need to call contractors to my home, but when I do I pay close attention to the way they conduct business. I was thoroughly impressed with Brian (call taker) and Patrick (Service Tech). From the beginning, Brian listened to all my needs and continued with urgency and great communication. They came up with an extremely cost effective solution and presented me with an honest quote. Patrick was here the next day ready to go. He was professional, intelligent, clean cut and knew exactly what I needed. He quickly had my new pump installed and showed me how to use it. Brandon is awesome. He previously installed a variable speed pump and this time he replaced my DE filter with a cartridge filter. He got it done fast and was able to put the new filter in a more convenient place. I always ask a lot of questions and he graciously answered them all. I highly recommend Patriot Pools and if you’re going to upgrade any equipment, have Brandon do it.

Absolutely amazing experience so far. I recently transitioned to them this past week, and they quickly helped me get my pool repaired and set up for weekly service. Taylor Alexander has been cleaning our pool and has done an excellent job maintaining it. He arrives each week like clockwork and spends the time to keep the pool looking great. He is always friendly and responsive to any questions that I may have. I really like Patriot Pools email summary of the levels and chemicals that are used. It is very useful as a reminder of the work done and to see any trends during the seasons.
