I have used Patriot Pool & Spa for 2 years and they have always provided me impeccable service. Anytime I have a question or concern they respond immediately. I find them to be highly dependable and responsive. Most importantly my pool and spa are always clean and safe to swim in. Brittany is our Pool Technician and she is fabulous. When the weather is bad and I have concerns I can call their after hours tech line and I they respond right away to answer my questions.

What I love the most is that every week that they service me Brittany immediately emails me a report of what she has done and it details chemicals added and when its safe to swim that day after the chemicals are added. I also get a photo of my pool showing how clean it is.

I have had Chris for over a year now and he has always been accommodating and informative about the pool. He is the best and our pool always looks so much better when he is finished. We alley having Patriot Pool and Spa as our pool cleaning service!

My spa's older heater is leaking. Nick assessed the situation and gave me options. I decided to replace the heater. Nick was very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. He is a great representative for Patriot.

Chandler did a great job for us today! I called because we had an issue & I just wanted him to know when he came for our weekly service. However, he came a day early to check it out. He took his time to evaluate & treat our water. Apparently, we were developing some sort if brown algae. He brushed the pool thoroughly & it already look 1000% better shortly after he left. As a “new to me” pool owner I wanted a reputable company to give me a great baseline start. Thomas arrived on time and listened to my concerns. After a thorough assessment of the pool system, Thomas uncovered issues that needed to be addressed. I received a call from Alex same day to schedule the repairs. So far this is a great experience with a company who operates at a high level.

Fantastic service! Away from home and received a call that we had a chlorine hose leaking. Called the office and had a service person there within a 1/2 hour!

We recently switched to Patriot Pools because we’ve had so much bad luck with dishonest, unreliable pool service and repair companies here in South Florida. They were recommended to us by Red Rhino, a pool leak repair company (who were also fantastic!). In addition to weekly pool service (which starts tomorrow, so I can’t speak to that yet), we had them send a diagnostic/repair technician to help us with some automation and plumbing issues we were having. Their technician, Luis, came out and he was great. In less than 5 minutes he sorted out the problem and in less than 5 minutes after that he had it fixed. He was on time (!!!!), professional, knowledgeable and courteous. So far I’m very happy. Hopefully their weekly pool maintenance service will be just as good!

Patrick, Ukiah, and Paul all went above and beyond on servicing my pool the past 2 weeks. It needed repair on top of additional cleaning and they took care of it for me. Patrick responded to emails quickly and called me to update me on issues and Ukiah took time to come out a second time and educate me on some of the equipment. Overall I feel like they went above and beyond with me on customer service and I greatly appreciate it. Would recommend this company for your pool maintenance and service.

As a vacation rental owner, having reliable vendors is everything, and Nick has absolutely earned my trust. He treated my hot tub like it was his own, kept me informed every step of the way, and even helped me with documentation for my damage claim. He never tried to upsell me—in fact, he looked for ways to save me money while making sure the spa was safe and ready for future guests.

Professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. If you’re lucky enough to have Nick servicing your pool or hot tub, you’re in excellent hands.

UPDATING, A YEAR LATER: Patriot continues to be an excellent & reliable pool service company. Our weekly tech is Josh Richardson & hard to imagine anyone doing a better job - a true professional, but at the same time a super nice guy and very approachable. Also extremely knowledgable and clearly knows exactly what he's doing. We feel like Josh maintains our pool with the same care & concern as if it were his own. That's the highest compliment we can give.

Conclusion: Continues to be a great company with competitive pricing and great service (especially our tech Josh). Overall, A+++

PRIOR REVIEW: B&B did our weekly pool maintenance prior to their merger into Patriot Pools. I'm happy to report that Patriot has not only provided the good service we were used to, but has proven themselves to be absolutely excellent.

On the two or three occasions that I called Patriot to clarify something about our service or billing or any other matter, I immediately had someone on the line who understood exactly what I was asking, who knew the answer and who then explained it perfectly. Excellent company. A+++

Jeremy came to the door and introduced himself gave me a synopsis of the work he would be doing to clean my pool today. He also let me know that he may come a day early next week due to Fourth of July, which was fine with us very courteous and very informative I give this young man a five star.

Patriot has been my pool company for quite a while now and they have always been very dependable and professional. My pool man, Michael, is a very nice fella and does a great job on my pool and hot tub. My basset hound thinks he's the greatest!

Chandler has been servicing my spa for a few months now and there have been no issues. He is keeping the water crystal clear and is always willing to review what he does each week when I ask. Great job.

After my husband died I had to find someone to take care of the pool. He had been taking care of the pool after we had a couple of bad experiences with other companies/technicians. I read reviews and decided to give Patriot Pool a chance. I definitely made the right decision. I had a couple of things that needed repair and they were quick to come out, courteous and professional. John is my tech and he does a really good job for me. I trust them with all of my pool needs. If you are looking for someone to take care of your pool, give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

As a new customer to Patriot Pool, I can say they are a first class operation. Eric started with an inspection of the swim spa and equipment and detected a problem with the heater. Quickly, Gerrett came out and analyzed the situation and made his recommendation and took the time to explain everything to me to understand. Hot quotes from him and Brian on equipment replacement then today Jeff and Tyler, his supervisor came for the first regular service. They were both professional, knowledgeable and very helpful on every level. Tyler took the time to remove a stain on the bottom that was a bother to me. All in all, I would say that Patriot Pool and there outstanding team have surely earned my business!

T&D Pool had been servicing my pools since I bought our home in 2010. I was concerned about the quality of service when they were acquired by Patriot Pool last year. After a shaky transition, the quality of Pool service has been exceptional! David has been a reliable Technician and does a great job. Kamden went above and beyond to get our pool back to normal after two days of chainsaws removing a tree that had fallen over in the yard. Pool was full of sawdust and the wrong color, but he persisted until it looks good as new.
