Having been loyal to our previous pool cleaning company for 5 years (having a newly built pool) we had nothing to compare it to. Service was acceptable(ish), but not exceptional. Creeping the neighbors pool company (Patriot) and seeing how they stuck around for more than 5 minutes and actually cleaned the pool made us jealous! So a quick call and boom! Regular rotation and service. We now feel that (as the pool ages) we’re in good hands and issues will be brought to our attention instead of ignored. Our pool went from GA to VIP! Thanks Patriot!
Update! After 10 years with our Jandy pool pump, it retired. Kemp Neyman with Patriot Pool came out to asses the situation, thoroughly explained what was required, reviewed pricing and within a splash we were humming. Feels great to know we’re in great, trustworthy hands when a more serious need arises! And we’re still getting our pool serviced weekly! Looks amazing all year around! Thanks Patriot!

If you need pool repair, look no further! We received outstanding service from our first contact. Elizabeth did a fantastic job communicating with me regarding equipment details and cost. I think every email was answered with 15 minutes. Once we made the decision to get new pool equipment (ours was 11 years old and not maintained well) the techs who did the work were both polite and skilled. Juan and Patrick completed the job, showed us how to operate everything and the equipment is functioning as promised. Fantastic experience. Wish we would have found Patriot earlier - we won't use anyone else. Thank you!
Patrick came over to help me with some user-error questions I had. Punctual, personable, an expert in all things pool. In fact, all the equipment guys I can think of in addition to Patrick - Dan, Manuel, Chris - have all been great.
