It may still be summertime, but we have been busy at work behind the scenes on the future of Patriot Pool & Spa. 2017 has been another tremendous year of growth for us on the Patriot team, and our focus has been on how to leverage that growth to make your experience with us the best it can possibly be.
We are dividing the city to give you more personalized attention
As you hopefully know by now, we are obsessed with trying to create the best customer experience possible. With as fast as we have been growing, a top priority for us has been finding ways to let our growth enhance your customer experience, rather than hinder it.
Starting in January 2018, we will officially be splitting our cleaning route into two distinct territories. These territories will have their own manager, specialist, and cleaning technicians. This model will create a more hyper-local focus that will include more flexibility and faster response times. The more we grow, the more hyper-local your service becomes.
This new system will create a higher manager to technician ratio than you have currently been experiencing, and it will bring the addition of a new specialist role, who can bring you an extra layer of attention we do not currently provide.
Did we mention we were obsessed?
We decided a complete shift to our operating structure wasn’t enough to be the best service provider in the country, so we decided we would go ahead and change our operating system as well.
Patriot Pool & Spa has invested in Salesforce Field Lightening to better serve you. This is a substantial investment, and we are confident it will help us provide a quality of service that no other pool service company in Austin, let alone the country, can provide.
Salesforce Field Lightening will allow every member of our team to track all of your specific needs, requests, service histories, and media in a way no other software platform can. Believe us, we’ve shopped them all over the last several months.
We are currently building out our platform on the Salesforce framework and we should be live in 2018.

I could not be more excited about these changes. I want to thank every single one of you who allow us to be your pool service provider.
Your loyalty and referrals are the only reason we have this platform to try new and exciting things like these geographic divisions and bringing Salesforce into a swimming pool service company. (I’ve already fielded many funny looks from friends and associates when I mention Salesforce + pool cleaning).
Most importantly, giving us the pleasure of serving you has created roughly 25 new jobs over just the last 3 years. I’m not sure any of us would have forecasted that 3 years ago, but it is worth noting and it is something I hope you can share my pride in.
