Hunter and Tyler are great. Tyler is very caring about his work and makes sure it is done the right way. Also he advises me of everything he does and if anything needs to be repaired. If I were you I would give him a raise. Don't lose him.
Tyler Kidd is our pool maintenance engineer. He has been ABSOLUTELY awesome! I would give him 6 stars if I could!! He has helped us take a badly neglected pool and restore it to it's former glory! He is always polite and respectful, courteous and friendly. He's so good I actually consider him a friend. His knowledge and work ethic are superior, and is very good and patient at explaining answer to my many questions. We are just delighted at our results, and would highly recommend Tyler to anyone who asks. He is simply the best at what he does!! You would be MOST fortunate to have Tyler as YOUR pool maintenance engineer!

We are new to the area and tried contacting a few pool maintenance companies. Patriot was my third call. Immediate response and great service and results. Explanation of the filtration system and chemical balance. BILLY was Outstanding! Josh was my initial phone contact, Fantastic! Nick did the repair to the leaking valves, Perfect! Supervisor Billy set us up for a maintenance call. Cinthya called and explained the weekly maintenance programs. Fantastic individuals to speak with. Five Star Review!
