I rarely need to call contractors to my home, but when I do I pay close attention to the way they conduct business. I was thoroughly impressed with Brian (call taker) and Patrick (Service Tech). From the beginning, Brian listened to all my needs and continued with urgency and great communication. They came up with an extremely cost effective solution and presented me with an honest quote. Patrick was here the next day ready to go. He was professional, intelligent, clean cut and knew exactly what I needed. He quickly had my new pump installed and showed me how to use it. He did a great job. I'm glad I called Patriot because they provided several solutions that I was unaware were even an option. Thank you Patriot team. Highly recommend.

Preston serviced our pool the past couple weeks. Today I got to meet him. He was very nice and thorough. Communicated well with my husband and I how the pool was doing and what our nexts steps would be as far as serving. Really appreciate his attention to detail.
